Data Protection Declaration

We are pleased that you are visiting our websites and would like to thank you for your interest in our company, our products and our websites. Your privacy when using our websites is important to us. Consequently, we would ask you to take note of the following information:

1. Anonymous data collection

You may, as a matter of principle, visit the Vectrix websites without telling us who you are. We are notified merely of the name of your Internet Service Provider, the website from which you accessed our site, and which of our website pages you visit. This information is evaluated for statistical purposes. Your anonymity as an individual user is preserved.

2. Collection and processing of personal data

Personal details are only collected if you provide them to us, such as to execute a contract, in response to a survey, or when registering for personalised services. When you register for Vectrix personalised services, provided you give your consent your registration details will be processed for the purposes of promotion and market research and to provide needs-oriented design of electronic services. Moreover, if you give your consent the information called up by you on your visit to the Vectrix portals will be used to construct a user profile, in order to provide you with specially tailored promotional offers. This data is transmitted in encrypted form, in order to prevent misuse by third parties. Your data is processed within the Republic of Poland.

3. Use and distribution of personal data

Without your consent to other use, the personal data collected on the websites of Vectrix will be used only for contract execution and handling of your enquiries. Additionally, if you have given your consent, your data will also be used for promotional and market research purposes and for the design of needs-oriented electronic services from Vectrix. Any use of personal data for the delivery of tailored promotional offers will also be made only if you have given your consent.

4. Use-based Online Advertising

Use-based online advertising, also called “targeting”, makes it possible for advertising companies to identify users for ad delivery and to assign them to a target group. With the help of this information, the user can show more relevant ads. When you visit our website, a cookie will be stored on your computer. It will collect information about your activities on the websites you visit (e.g., surfing habits, sub-pages of the internet offerings you visit, clicks on ad banners, etc.). On the basis of this data a user profile will be created under a pseudonym that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity and thus does not allow any personal identification.
Depending on your interests, your visits to websites will enable other advertisers to target the delivery of ads relevant to you.
Because consent to use your data for the above purposes may also involve the transmission of your data to companies in the Vectrix Group and Vectrix partners (dealers and service centres) chosen by you, your data may also be passed on to those parties. No other transfer of data to third parties is undertaken.
You can of course withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.

Furthermore, you can obtain information about your data and also submit suggestions at any time by email to Vectrix client services at the following address:
